Are you sleeping late at night? — If the answer is yes, then you are in big trouble.

If you thought — sleeping late is no big deal, then you are caught in the biggest curse of the century. I am referring this as the biggest curse because it stood as one of the most common problems among human beings.

So in this article, I will explain the disadvantages of sleeping late and how you can avoid it by following simple points.

Before beginning with the points, let’s start with the pitfalls of sleeping late.

  • Memory Loss
  • Depression & Anxiety
  • Faulty Brain Function

According to many scientists, if we do not get enough 8 hours of sleep, our brain will not get enough time to organize itself & commit information from short to long term memories.

Studies show adequate sleep is crucial for memory recall & it will also improve your problem of memory loss after one night of restful sleep.

Lack of sleep ascertained that people smoothly get depression & anxiety. And it will give a general loss of motivation, patience power & some time it will affect your mood.

If you’re feeling stressed throughout the day, it’s a direct sign that you need enough sleep for 8 hours.

If you do not get enough 8 hours of sleep, you will make your brain faulty. You may experience mental fog, fatigue, short temper & lack of focus from work.

According to experts, If we avoid scrolling on mobile-screen or TV before heading up to bed will smoothly get us to sleep, Because the light will make it harder for us to sleep. For better sleep, we can switch off our room lights. It will indicate to our brain — it’s time to sleep.

According to science, darkness stimulates the secretion of a neurotransmitter called Melatonin. It is a hormone released by the pineal gland, which helps us associate with the sleep-wake cycle.

— Start Daily Physical Exercise:

Regular exercise will help us to get better sleep at night. According to research, a person who follows a daily routine of physical activity has a chance of falling asleep fast will be increased than another person who does not follow a daily exercise routine.

Starting following bedtime will help us to fall asleep early. If we did not
Following this attribute, then the previous two points are useless.

The chain is simple if we start heading up to bed early, we will sleep early. If we sleep on time, we can wake up early. If we wake up early in the morning, we can do exercise and work earlier. If we exercise daily, we will fall asleep on time.
